You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Return requests must be made via My Account > Orders > Request Return, or by contacting our support team.
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags, manuals, accessories, and freebies are intact.
The product is damaged, defective, wrong item delivered, or not as described.
Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.
Digital products/services are not eligible for return.
Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
COD orders require you to provide bank details or preferred wallet for refund.

Go to My Account > Orders
Select the item and click Request Return
Follow the prompts to schedule pickup (if applicable)
Returned items are subject to quality checks before refund approval.
Refund may be declined if the product is found used, damaged, or non-compliant with the above conditions.
