1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.
    You can cancel your order by going to My Account > Orders > Cancel or by contacting our support team.
  • After Shipment:
    Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may choose to reject the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the item (if eligible).

2. Cancellation for Prepaid Orders

  • If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation by Akekart / Sellers

Akekart or the seller reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Payment issues
  • Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, customers will be informed via SMS/email, and any paid amount will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
