  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and freebies are intact.

  • The product is damaged, defective, wrong item delivered, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.

  • Digital products/services are not eligible for return.
